Building Blocks
Building blocks are the atomic units that create a vector retrieval stack. If you want to create a vector retrieval stack that's ready for production, you'll need to have a few key components in place. These include Data Sources, Vector Compute and Vector Search & Management.
Data Sources
You can get your data from various sources, including relational databases, data pipeline tools, data warehouses, and customer data platforms.
Vector Compute
This includes turning your data into vectors using embedding models, running these models and bringing all of your computing infrastructure together.
Vector search & Management
Query and retrieve vectors from Vector DBs, or hybrid DBs and to rank them to get the most relevant to your query.
